I'm a user experience researcher with eight years of experience in applied qualitative research.

Currently, I conduct research regarding the experience of enterprise software developers and engineers for Google’s cloud platform. Before that, I led UX & Consumer Research at the Los Angeles Times. In the past, I’ve conducted user research for companies like the NFL, Edmunds, and Squarespace.

I bring a unique set of skills to every project of which I'm part: I design, plan, and execute user research and usability testing programs, analyze and synthesize the data, and communicate the findings in concise, transparent language.

I hold bachelor's degrees in English and sociology from Vassar College, and a master's degree in applied cultural analysis from the University of Copenhagen.
