Claire E. Peters
I'm a user experience researcher and content strategist with six years of experience in applied qualitative research and editorial strategy.
Thanks to my dual specialization in research and writing, I bring a unique set of skills to every project of which I'm part: I design, plan, and execute user research and usability testing programs, analyze and synthesize the data, and communicate the findings in concise, transparent language.
My content-strategy and editorial experience allows me to practice a content-first approach to design. I conduct interviews with users and stakeholders to help clients establish a communication strategy that resonates with customers and reflects company values. I help clients understand the value of having this strategy resonate in all content, from commercial and marketing materials, to instructional copy, to button labels.
I hold bachelor's degrees in English and sociology from Vassar College, and a master's degree in applied cultural analysis from the University of Copenhagen.
